Bob Uhl 7a604ec1fa Fix resize with multiple monitors and portrait mode ...

When connecting/disconnecting a portrait monitor, the
XRRScreenChangeNotifyEvent height & width are reversed due to the XRandR
rotation; detect this and DTRT.
